# Thema - 05.12.2007 um 05:47 Uhr Problems with Linux Servers Thu, 11/29/2007 - 10:27am — Dan After releasing the DAMN v0.3 mod we have noticed that servers that are running on Linux are having problems downloading the mod.ff file off the server. As of right now we are still looking for a fix but believe this to be a problem with IW's fastfile (.FF) system and Linux not working well together. As soon as we have one we will update the site right away. **UPDATE** Taken from IWNation.com it's a bug in Linux binaries. the *.ff seems to not get referenced by the server, when sitting in an fs_game folder, therefor it's not being downloaded by the clients. ryan@icculus is already aware of this issue - next update should fix this bug. Also the following features are going to be implemented in a bugfix version that will come out at a later date: * Players will now respawn upon death in ready up mode * Classlimits will be correctly enforced * Crashing after readyup mode in headquarters will be resolved ------------------ greetz b4mb4m Zuletzt editiert von bAmbAm am 05.12.2007 um 05:48 Uhr (1x Editiert)
